Roslyn (Roz) leads PwC’s Government, Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy office based in Washington, DC. A member of the firm’s executive management team, Roz is responsible for ensuring PwC has a voice in important debates at the nexus of business and government and helping the firm successfully execute its business strategy. Roz leads PwC’s engagement with Congress, the White House, regulatory agencies, state and local governments, and third party organizations including trade associations and NGOs. Roz also serves on PwC’s Global Regulatory & Policy Board, where she collaborates and shares her expertise with PwC counterparts across the firm’s international network.
Roz brings more than 20 years of experience working at PwC in both tax consulting and public policy advisory. During her tenure in PwC’s tax practice, Roz’s technical and communications skills earned her a role in an internal rotational program with the U.S. Leadership Team. As a participant in the program, she worked to develop internal initiatives focused on brand, knowledge management, and communications. Roz later transitioned to the U.S. Government, Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy team based in Washington, D.C., which is where she has played an essential role in leading government, regulatory, and public policy strategy for 13 years.
Throughout her career, Roz has been strongly committed to cultivating diverse perspectives within the firm. Roz recently joined the Board of Directors of All In Together, a non-partisan, collaboration-driven campaign to empower women to amplify their voices on civic, social, and political issues.
Roz holds a B.A. in English and Psychology from Stanford University, a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School at Ann Arbor and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
